The Corporate Tax SIG is a group of lawyers from member firms throughout Europe. The SIG is convened by Eva Haans of NautaDutilh and David Kilty of Arthur Cox. The SIG is committed to offering corporate tax expertise on all aspects of international advisory and transactional matters deriving from its members’ technical excellence, ability to provide commercial and pragmatic solutions and structuring experience. The SIG members have considerable experience of dealing with the tax aspects of all commercial and financial transactions (both international and domestic). Their experience includes in particular the tax aspects of: international mergers and acquisitions holding company structures private equity investment funds banking and capital markets company reorganisations property transactions the structuring of business projects, including joint ventures intellectual property employee incentive programmes including employee share schemes transfer pricing tax breaks for investors in new and growing businesses investigations and disputes The SIG meets once a year hosted by one of the member firms and has regular communications throughout the year.
