Alla Kuznetsova is a member of the Employment Special Interest Group.

Alla Kuznetsova is a senior associate of the M&A and corporate law practice group at Ellex law firm in Estonia. She specialises in the fields of M&A, Business & Contract Law and General Corporate Law. She also regularly advises clients on aspects of Employment Law, including employment issues relating to mergers and acquisitions.

Alla has over 10 years of experience in corporate law, corporate governance, M&A and private equity. She has advised clients on various matters from day-to-day corporate issues, legal due diligence and company acquisitions to IPO.

Alla also regularly provides advice on corporate lending and borrowing matters, such as syndicated and bilateral loan facilities, guarantee, security and structuring as well as on different regulatory matters related to private and public transactions.
