Alla Kuznetsova

Alla Kuznetsova is an Associate Partner and Co-Head of Transactions at Ellex in Estonia. She specialises in M&A, business and contract law, and general corporate law. She also regularly advises clients on employment law matters, including employment aspects arising from mergers and acquisitions.

Alla has over 10 years of experience in corporate law, corporate governance, M&A and private equity. She has advised clients on a wide range of matters, from day-to-day corporate issues and legal due diligence to company acquisitions and IPOs.

She also regularly provides advice on corporate lending and borrowing matters, including syndicated and bilateral loan facilities, guarantees, security arrangements and structuring, as well as on various regulatory aspects related to private and public transactions.
