Christin Krämer is member of the Executive Committee at the AEL and member of the M&A/Corporate Special Interest Group.
Christin is Partner at Tiefenbacher and a core team member of their International Division and its corporate and commercial practice. She advises both German and international clients in all fields of corporate law as well as any related commercial law issue. Christin has a wide range of experience in drafting and negotiating complex (shareholders-)agreements and preparing project structures with particular focus on cross-border transactions. She also is known for her litigation practice in shareholder disputes and distribution law.
