Claudia Casagrande

Claudia has solid experience in corporate law, extraordinary transactions and
commercial law. She assists both small and medium-sized companies in the
early stages of their international development, and large multinationals,
financial institutions, governments and public organizations.

Claudia assists domestic and international clients in the incorporation of
companies, branches, the establishing of joint ventures, and consultancy in
relation to any corporate matters.

She advises on an ongoing basis in extraordinary business transactions
(mergers, spin-offs, transfers and leases of businesses, financing agreements,
cash pooling agreements), in transactions involving the sale and purchase of
companies and/or businesses and going concerns.
