Dr. Peter Sebastian Schneider

Sebastian Schneider is a core team member of Tiefenbacher´s International Division and its corporate practice. He also advises both German and international clients in all fields of corporate law as well as any related commercial law issue. Sebastian´s main focus is international M&A (including Antitrust law) as well as corporate house-keeping for international clients. He furthermore keeps a focus on commercial real estate law. Before joining Tiefenbacher in 2018 Sebastian worked for another medium-sized law firm. Sebastian earned a doctor degree from Heidelberg University and is a bar certified specialist for commercial and corporate law and was promoted to partner in 2022.
