Finn Stenström

Finn Stenström has an extensive knowledge in business law and experience from a wide range of industries. He assists clients in matters which span a broad commercial spectrum including corporate law, agency and distribution, various forms of cooperation agreements, franchise agreements, licensing agreements, IT-agreements, Joint Ventures, power purchase agreements, supply agreements, R&D and share and asset purchases. His work includes strategic planning, preparation and negotiation of contracts, handling disputes and to give general advise in these areas. He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and has an LL.M. degree from Lund University.
