Gerda is a counsel at Ellex law firm in Estonia, specialising in M&A and General Corporate Law. She has more than 10 years of experience in M&A, having advised on a broad range of domestic and cross-border acquisitions and divestitures in many different industry sectors (TMT, utilities, insurance, construction, pharmaceuticals, food, manufacturing, services, etc.). She also regularly advises clients on corporate restructurings, corporate governance and other corporate matters.

Gerda has an MSc in Law and Finance degree from the University of Oxford and an LLM in European Law degree from the University of Edinburgh.
