Josianne Brimmer

Josianne is a Partner at Fenech & Fenech Advocates and heads the Finance Department.

Josianne is an experienced financial services and finance lawyer, having practiced in this field since 2001.

Her expertise includes financial services, finance, corporate and commercial law as well as M&A transaction, particularly within the context of financial services regulated firms, where the transactions require approval of the local financial services regulator.

Josianne also advises financial services regulated firms on matters relative to regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering and financial sanctions regulations. She further holds directorship and corporate secretarial roles with financial services regulated firms, having previously held inhouse roles with hedge funds and investment firms with operations in Malta and other European jurisdictions.
