Lucy Thornton

As a senior associate in our dispute resolution department, Lucy provides expert advice on a broad range of matters including defender personal injury claims, fatal accident inquiries and commercial disputes.

Lucy has experience advising public sector clients, insurers, individuals and self-insured corporates. Lucy conducts fatal accident inquiries and makes regular appearances in the Sheriff Courts. She is also involved in Court of Session matters and works with our in-house solicitor advocates and external counsel.

Outside of work, Lucy is a Trustee of the Clark Foundation for Legal Education and a Past President of the Scottish Young Lawyers’ Association.
