Marvin Frank

Marvin Frank is member of the Intellectual Property Special Interest Group.

Marvin is an Associate at Tiefenbacher and a member of their International Division team and the Intellectual Property and Civil Law Department. He advises both German and international clients in all areas of intellectual property law, competition and trade secret law and all related civil law matters. Marvin specializes in the (strategic) protection of trademarks and other intellectual property rights, their use and commercialization and takes a holistic view of the brand and corporate identity of clients. Marvin assists clients in enforcing their rights in and out of court, in particular in complex interlocutory proceedings.
