Matthew Kinrade

Matthew specialises in corporate and commercial law and regularly acts for international financial institutions, corporate service providers and law firms as well as local businesses and individuals.

Matthew has experience in advising upon a broad range of non-contentious corporate and commercial matters, including company and asset acquisitions in both regulated and non-regulated sectors, shareholder arrangements, acting for both lenders and borrowers in asset finance arrangements, regulatory advice, aviation, shipping and advising start-ups and established firms in the e-gaming and biomedical sectors.

Whilst his practise focuses mainly on corporate and commercial matters, Matthew also has experience in advising on commercial lease transactions and associated landlord and tenant issues.
