Thomas Bugeja is a Partner at Fenech & Fenech Advocates. He assists clients in a variety of commercial and contentious matters, with a particular focus on cross-border commercial litigation, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, and competition law matters.

Thomas advises a number of commercial clients in the retail, gaming, telecommunications and transportation sectors in day-to-day general commercial and regulatory matters. He also represents clients before the Maltese Courts and Tribunals, as well as before the Office for Competition in merger control and antitrust matters, investigations and litigation.

He joined the firm in 2014 and was called to the bar in 2015, after having obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and Doctor of Laws (LL.D) degree from the University of Malta (2014). Thomas also holds an LL.M in EU Competition law from King’s College London.

Thomas is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars related to his areas of practice.
