Lukasz is a Executive Committee member, as well as part of Tax Special Interest Group.

Head of the Tax Law team and the State Aid and EU Funds team at WKB Lawyers.

Lukasz specializes in tax structuring of M&A transactions, advises clients in day-to-day tax matters and acts as a representative in tax, court and administrative proceedings, as well as provides legal advisory services relating to state aid, including conformity of client’s undertakings with the state aid rules on EU financing, investment financing, implementing financial engineering instruments, financing of the state and local government companies and relief schemes for businesses. He represents clients before state aid granting authorities.
