The Corporate SIG is a group of lawyers from member firms throughout Europe. The SIG is convened by Risto Vahimets of Ellex Raidla. Lawyers in this group have experience in private and public M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions and joint ventures and other business alliances. The SIG meets once a year hosted by one of the member firms and have regular conference calls throughout the year.
