Construction law

The successful completion of any construction project depends on the quality of the project documents and ensuring that the project is delivered to the required standard. AEL law firms advise and consult throughout the project, helping to ensure the necessary legal protections and working to resolve any disputes that arise.

Long before a site is acquired or ground is broken AEL lawyers will provide the necessary counsel until well after the moving trucks have pulled away. Our lawyers’ services include all aspects of the legal process, from the initial bidding on the project, to the negotiation and the formation of the agreements and contracts. Our construction lawyers have the wide range of experience and knowledge which is necessary to guide projects from inception to completion. Whether they are acting on relatively simple construction schemes or highly technical projects, their clients appreciate the pragmatic and commercial approach.

There are many laws that govern the construction process, and that apply to the various businesses and professions that are a part of and serve the construction industry. Only the best and brightest construction lawyers across Europe will provide counsel for every type of client, on every type of project.
