Corporate & corporate tax

AEL lawyers work with clients to develop practical solutions for their corporate strategies. Clients range from public and private companies, SMEs, entrepreneurs, and many other business organisations spanning a wide range of different industries.

Services include advice on the complex legal issues arising from group reorganisations, private equity transactions, listing on new markets, management buy-outs or buy-ins or the privatisation of major corporations. Corporate governance support is also provided to assist your business with best practice and compliance with the relevant guidelines, rules and legislation. Working with lawyers from other practice groups, AEL lawyers can provide a comprehensive and integrated service for every sector and transaction.

Domestic and international corporate tax advice is provided to guarantee that your business has the right tax advice at the outset to optimise the tax efficiency of the business structure. Corporate tax advice can be used to support acquisitions and disposals, tax planning, corporate restructures and venture capital transactions.

Additional Skills and Services through SIGs
