Private client

AEL law firms provide a holistic approach to private client services, offering advice relating to wills and estate planning, administration, trusts, residential property transactions and wealth management. Advice can be provided to individuals, families, executors, trustees, administrators and heirs.

AEL lawyers build close personal relationships with clients to fully understand their needs. This allows them to provide practical and sympathetic advice that properly reflects the client’s wishes. AEL lawyers can assist individuals based nationally, or those with assets or residencies in multiple jurisdictions, to plan for the future and avoid unnecessary taxation. AEL lawyers take a comprehensive approach to each client’s legal needs, and where required can draw upon expertise from other practice groups to provide a seamless service.

As well as supporting clients through tax, succession and wealth planning, AEL lawyers can offer support through the administration process. We recognise that this can be emotional, time consuming and complicated, so AEL lawyers will work efficiently and sensitively to assist clients through this onerous process.
