Family & family businesses

AEL lawyers provide a full suite of services for family matters and family businesses.

The personal issues that arise from family law are dealt with sensitively and comprehensively to find solutions that are right for each individual and their own unique circumstances. AEL lawyers have experience with a range of family law matters, including advice on relationship breakdowns such as divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships, arrangements relation to childcare, family trusts and family business interests. Through providing advice on non-contentious and contentious family related matters, AEL lawyers are equipped to help clients identify the best way to revolve their issue, whether through negotiation, collaboration, mediation or arbitration.
